Fall 2010 Semester Begins August 23
The first rehearsal of the Fall 2010 semester will be Monday, August 23, at 6:00 p.m. If you are an incoming freshman, or new to the Glee Club, you'll need to go to Jebe Hall, located in the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. We look forward to seeing you there! This will be an exciting semester for the Glee Club. Dr. John Wiles will be joining us as our new director. Dr. Wiles comes to Northern Iowa from the University of Texas - Austin, and was chosen from a national search that included over 100 candidates.
2010 also marks the 50th anniversary of the Varsity Men's Glee Club at UNI. The celebration culminates in December, as alumni from all around the country will join the Glee Club onstage in the Great Hall to sing during the Christmas Variety Shows. You won't want to miss it! |
