CONCERTS / EVENTS >> Christmas Variety Shows
The Christmas Variety Shows
are always performed on the first Friday and Saturday in December.

The Glee Club has sold out more shows at the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center than any other group!

Tickets go on sale to the general public in October. The best way to get tickets is through a Glee Club member. Tickets not sold by Glee Club members are available through the GBPAC Box Office (877-549-SHOW) or 319-273-4849.

You may also put your name on a ticket sign up list. Though not guaranteed, the Glee Club works hard to accommodate everyone. Kingpins, Alumni & Friends, and those on the waiting list are offered tickets before they become available to the general public.

The Glee Club begins rehearsing music for the Christmas Variety Shows in August!

Yes, the Christmas Variety Shows are wonderful, but don't just take our word for it! Read reviews of The Christmas Variety Shows, in articles from The Des Moines Register and The Northern Iowan as they describe the show's unique blend of excellent holiday music, and irreverent collegiate fun.

Since 1978, well over 90,000 patrons have attended the Christmas Variety Shows at UNI. 41,850 patrons have attended the Christmas Variety Shows just since the year 2000. And a few loyal folks can boast that they have been with us every year since the Glee Club's first show in 1978.

The guys work incredibly hard to put on a wonderful show every year. It's the kind of thing that makes Santa very happy indeed!

As John Carlson of the Des Moines Register stated, "It's one more Christmas
tradition that's worth a trip across Iowa - even on a cold, snowy night."
